Prateek Gupta Following are the lead consummations- Exposure at Family Business- In February,2007 i.e. during 6th semester of my offset, I got recruited for Tech Mahindra attach to as a Technical Associate through Joint campus placement drive. In this drive more than 3500 students use for the job and out of those three hundred students were selected and I was one of them. After completing my graduation in July2008, I was very eager to join the company as my start job but the joining for the unharmed tidy sum was postponed for indefinite time overdue to time out in 2008. In the mean time I discrete to join my family chore i.e. the retail chain of Food Grains. Soon, I started to realize that this is the silk hat opportunity to interact with shrewd channel people. I came across those sales people who can distribute anything and also, a different set of customers. After a watch of months, I started heart comfortable vieing with change customers and suppliers. I realized the divergence between Assets and Liabilities in a furrow enterprise. I started to location things differently and understand the business perspective. I started to trade healthful and understood the business model.

This gives me the objective to detect more intimately(predicate) business and this helps me develop all those interpersonal skills to deal with varied level of customers.
